OrthoEvra Contraceptive Patch Lawsuits
Use of the OrthoEvra contraceptive patch has caused serious injuries and death from blood clots, pulmonary embolism, heart attack, stroke, and deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
OthoEvra is a trandermal contraceptive patch manufactured by Ortho McNeil (a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson). Recently, the FDA warned that the excessive levels of estrogen delivered by this the OrthoEvra patch can cause serious injury or death.
